Many attorneys do not like to talk about attorney's fees. I like to address the issue of attorney's fees up front so that there are no surprises.

I will attempt to protect you from the unnecessary escalation of attorney's fees, working closely with you to ensure that attorney's fees remain affordable.  I do, however, expect my clients to promptly pay fees and expenses when requested.  I am able to provide all of my clients with an unequaled level of legal services at a reasonable rate in part by reducing the time and expense involved in collection.

When we have your consultation, I will review and analyze the facts and the circumstances of  your particular case.  I will then explain your options to you. In the event you decide to engage my services, credit will be given for the amount of the consultation fee.

If your case meets certain criteria, I will accept your case and enter into an agreement to represent you.   This agreement will be written and you will be given a copy.
