Add John to Outlook® Contacts
Follow these steps:
- Click here to download my .rtf to your computer. When asked whether to open, save, etc., select the Save option. Remember where you saved it.
- Open Outlook and select "Import and Export" on the "File" menu.
- Select the option, "Import a VCard file (.vcf)" and then click "NEXT"
- Navigate the file-open Vcard File dialog box to point to where you saved the file in step one. Double click on the file to open it or type the name in the "File name" text box and click the "Open" button.
That's it. Now you should be able to find John A. Mcbrayer in your Outlook contacts.
