Attorneys fees for drafting wills are usually done on a flat fee basis. Starting at $100.00 and going as high as $500.00 for complex trust documents.

My office also regularly handles probating wills and handling estates for people who have died without a will. Fees for handling estates vary greatly according to the complexity, amount of assets and number of heirs. I will make every effort to try and resolve the matter quickly and without incurring any unnecessary expenses.
